General price information

The prices are per flat for two persons without board in one of our apartments in the Dolomites. Local tax of € 3,00 per person over 14 years is added to the price. For each additional person we charge from € 25,00 plus local tax per night.

Prices for children

We offer special discounts for our little guests:

• 0 to 2 years            free of charge
• 3 to 13 years          € 25,00 per night
• from 14 years on  from € 35,00 on per night

Final cleaning

The final cleaning of your flat (in the case of a stay for minimum seven nights) is included in the price.

Equipment of the individual flats

All flats have a cosy corner and a panoramic balcony. In addition, the following await you in your flat

• Step-in shower and WC
• Hairdryer and towels
• Comfortable double bed (box spring) and bed linen
• Wellness bag with bathrobe, sauna sheets and sauna slippers
• Flat screen, SAT-TV, WLAN, telephone and safe
• Fully equipped kitchenette with two hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator and dishwasher
• toaster and microwave on request

Equipment of the entire flat house

Numerous other amenities await you in our flat house:

• Panoramic terrace on the last floor with view of the Schlern mountain
• Game and recreation room with flat screen
• Wellness area (sauna and steam bath) with relaxation room and fresh air area
• Ski and bicycle storage room
• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer (on request)

Mobilcard – free of charge when travelling

Also included in the price is the Mobilcard for the duration of your stay, which is valid throughout South Tyrol. For one, three or seven consecutive days, you can use the public transport in South Tyrol (regional trains, buses and selected cable cars) free of charge.

Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or in case of no cancelling, we will charge the accommodation price for the entire period. In the case of early departure, the entire booked period will also be charged.

• From the time of booking until three months before arrival, cancellation is free of charge. We will count any deposits as a credit towards a subsequent stay.
• In the event of cancellation between three and one month prior to arrival, we retain 30% of the deposit.
• In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, we charge 70 % of the total price.
• Unforeseen events can unfortunately always occur. To avoid any unpleasant surprises, we recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance.

For the booking confirmation, we ask for a bank transfer of 30% of the total amount to the following account:

Pets

Pets are allowed in our flat house on request. For your four-legged friend we charge an extra fee of € 20,00 per night (without food).

Check-in and check-out

The flat is at your disposal from 15.00 hrs on the day of arrival and until 9.30 hrs on the day of departure.

Towel change and cleaning

Towels are changed on request twice a week. For a daily cleaning of the flat and extra linen change, we charge a small extra fee.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the entire building.
